We have a Quality Management Committee, providing leadership of the continuous quality improvement activities at PQSA. The Committee also seeks to maintain a culture of business and service excellence that encourages innovation and works to achieve enhanced outcomes for clients, residents, employees and other stakeholders.
PQSA and HomeCare+ are registered providers of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). As such, we are fully compliant with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission rules and standards.
We are proud to maintain accreditation with the Australian Service Excellence Standards, an internationally accredited quality improvement program funded by the Department of Human Services (DHS).
