PQSA is committed to continuous improvement and quality management.

​We have a Quality Management Committee,​ providing​ leadership of the ​continuous quality improvement activities at PQSA. The Committee also seeks to maintain a culture of business and service excellence that encourages innovation and works to achieve enhanced outcomes for clients, residents, employees and other stakeholders.

PQSA and HomeCare+ are registered providers of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). As such, we are fully compliant with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission rules and standards.

We ​are proud to maintain accreditation with the Australian Service Excellence Standards, an internationally accredited quality improvement program funded by the Department of Human Services (DHS).

​The certificate recognises​ non-​government organisations achieving​ sustainable excellence.
